You have to have a) revenue or b) a very clear (with evidence ie. sales increasing quarter on quarter, growing market share etc) path to revenue.
We have a great molecule and good science. We don't have evidence yet (its coming, but not yet and the time frames are very grey ie. lets say 6 to 12 months others may think differently) for revenue or evidence of a path to revenue.
A BLA or an EUA somewhere before up listing would be needed to sustain price (or even increasing price) etc. Money has lots of options.
