I agree rjs. I hate having to tell a new doctor what I've had done. Having access to your history has been done for quite awhile, however many people think their privacy rights are violated with that. That is what the Health Information Sharing Board (forget what it really is called) was supposed to be for. For example, if someone wants to buy life insurance, why do we still need blood, vitals, etc? That should be available in a centralized computer center that the appropriate underwriter has access to review. There is alot of waste in our society that could be saved.
