As Doc pointed out, Joe and team did say on the call that this would be a unique combination of services under one umbrella.
Also of note, the NuGenHealth gentleman on the call (I believe Sanjay fielded three Q because Dr Goel wasn’t on any more) stated that the device supplier was hit by CV, and they would be able to provide devices to NGH in 4-6 weeks... so about now.
They had ~1000 patients using the system and estimated ~5000 within 6 months.
Billing cycle is 30 days, so they could be seeing revenue by end of October.
NGH was negotiating w an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) company. Not sure if this was to buy or partner with them. But if they brought this under the umbrella, NGH would be the only company in the country to offer that as well as the other services discussed.
I was quite impressed and excited by this opportunity, as I posted at the time of the call. It seems like they are moving forward, so I believe the opportunity is real and near-term, which is exactly what we need right now!
