Exactly. And now NP is attempting to slip a compensation package by shareholders that further enriches him and the board (~5+ million shares for NP alone). If 9 of the 25 million shares in the compensation package were not already earmarked for the pockets of the BOD, I’d vote yes, but that is not the fact. 100% of those shares should be for recruiting new taken, especially for cancer trials and enrollment and not to reward NP and fund more Proactiv videos. NP will sell that stock as soon as he can and claim it needed to happen in order to pay X bill.
