Remember I talked about criteria to make the list and it will differ depending on the analysis. Here's a couple as an example to be considered for this one:
1.) One billion dollars or more in total corporate revenue.
2.) At least 400 SaaS solutions available for purchase online
To be considered for inclusion of these companies app store, scale, UX and vetting are key differentiators
You see, they don't let just anyone put their app on the app store despite what some knuckleheads try to lead you to believe.
To get on Salesforce app store, it is more than just 'filling out an application'
If it was easy, everyone would be on there

Oracle and IBM decided not to participate
They either have marketplaces with limited SaaS offerings or aren’t yet at a
level of maturity or adoption required
