I thought Nader said that either today or tomorrow we would hear NASDAQ’s final decision. It might be conditional.
I am thinking that NASDAQ may come back with conditions. Like if you have this much $ in reserve we will approve you. If you do not have this much money in reserve you might have a conditional approval but a set a time to have this agreed upon amount in reserve or you will have your uplisting pulled. I am speculating here.
Nader said we asked to be temporarily be excepted from reserves until revenue or financing. He was trying to protect the stock from dilution. This is what Cytodyn asked but who knows if that happens. Uplisting may not be tomorrow but approval Of uplisting might be announced. It may have conditions is all. Nader implied either way we can make it
happen with either financing or future revenue. If not approved tomorrow then very soon is what I am thinking.
