What wrong with the math on my RS. Current float

What wrong with the math on my RS.
Current float 15.8M they had a 500:1 RS so that would mean 7.9B yet on my post from last year it was 2.3B so it should have been a closer to 150:1 RS. What am I missing? Did they add shares to make it 7.9B only to chop it?

The majority of my post are the top 20% gainer! To decode them its (ticker ID, % Changed, Volume, Close price and Float) I typically put V,C&F as a prefix to that number and use K, M and B as a suffix (Kilo, Million & Billion) for volume and float. I may also use S for Support and R for Resistance.
