Same problem Generex has now. Lack of funding leading to the use of shares to raise money for operations. While CYDY was able to sell shares in a much more civilized manner the end result is similar with a lowered PPS. Now CYDY did get a lot more money their way and the shareholders who participated in those warrant fund raisers did very well as did the company not only with the original shares sold but with warrant exercising.
Of course remember, we were never supposed to be raising money this way. We were expecting a billion dollars in revenue after closing the Veneto MSO deal which fell flat then Covid etc.
