in fact I'd like to understand something: have part of those 140 million warrants been exercised? in this case are they selling off in order not to exceed the possession limit of 9.99% set for those who exercise the series a / b / d warrants, and 4.99% for the series c warrants?
And if so, how many shares are there in circulation?
