It all comes down to severe and this is why...
If the agencies look at 12 and give it a 3 or a 4 cydy is in the clear because:
1. Nader can’t look at the results and spin them. Only the agencies can see the results.
2. If they get a 4 it’s game over balloons and confetti fall out of the ceiling and we all do the dance of joy.
