Someone here had created a post - which is a collection of all events that transpired over the past 4 years. That was very helpful.
Also, several shareholders shared useful information that they received directly from Kay , Waller for over the past 4 years or so,. So, It's a collective effort.
And than, posters have collected KAY's & Waller's emails from past 4 years that they wrote to hundreds of shareholders. Those and most of the details are shared here and elsewhere by many.
I was not suspicious until the R/S news hit with the exchange uplisting PR that was followed by another rounds of dilution.
Question I was asking myself , how they can go to any exchange without any revenue?
Kay even communicated via email to one of the shareholder/poster here that after the R/S news they have investors to support the R/S and those investors even asked Kay to do 1:1000 instead of 1:500. Just mind boggling, isn't it?
SFOR & It's management's only business is to sell worthless shares and not much hyped products to Gallagher, Intel, Mcafee, AON, FirstData, DSS , Bank Of America, Mastercard, Visa, Unisys,2 Govt Agencies, DoD and the list goes on.
