I’ve been an executive for years and never met a CEO who thought the shares of their company were fairly valued. Most of them really believe they aren’t valued high enough. So NP is not unique in that regard. And many in small biotechs do exactly what NP did. Hype and sell. Just check Modena and the stock unloading that happened there....also Sorrento CEO came on the air and claimed they found a cure to Covid and immediately had a secondary offering only to find out it was in pre clinicals. I’m not justifying the behavior but I don’t think it’s an “ off with his head” offense. If you don’t want to vote for more shares that’s certainly your prerogative as a shareholder.
