No need to be absent. This message board is meant for longs and shorts. I don't think we have shorts here. We have concerned longs, which I am certainly one of in shades now. When we get a filing, we are told by Joe that everything we need to know is in the filing. Yet when anyone here tries to decipher the many doors that are in the filings, like the Anson 4 different warrants with different prices, trigger dates that change the prices and a final zero exercise price on the Warrant D, this should be explained to shareholders. How much dilution is really happening to us? It says right in today's filing, existing shareholders with be diluted and their voting rights will be diluted and the percentage of company ownership will be diluted. We need to know all the good AND the BAD. Since we are not being told by the company, except for a convoluted filing, then we are be left on our own to get the GREAT SMART MINDS we have here to decipher it all. We have amazing posters/shareholders here, every single one of them. We all add value here. So please don't just be absent, add some insight as to what you believe is going on. Stick around Vrsi!
