:You also have to wonder who is selling these large volumes. Also who is buying. Don't hate me, but it could be one firm selling to a sister firm, so they keep their shares, but drive the price down to get to that 2nd trigger date. Not saying that is happening, but we have to consider that. Joe should be able to pull a trading history to see where this volume started, who (which MM) is doing the trading. Is it the same MM selling to the same 2nd MM? And are they selling it back from 2nd MM to 1st MM? This is a trick the dirty companies, which someone posted that Oasis has gone to court over doing. Our saving grace is that they can not own more than 4.99% of the company, or in the C warrants 9.99% of the company. So they have to sell share to keep it going if that is the intention. Then they could still be selling to a sister company which can also hold 4.99% of the shares.

Bottom line, like hylander said, we need better news than this. And we certainly need to get away from dirty funding companies.
