It might be too late meaning the damn mindset of so many that haven't the understanding of living within their income.
If one wishes to buy on credit and their backs are against the wall already they know that, hell I was young once and that is just the way it is starting out. I recall wow how are others making it in this world? Like anything else it takes time for everything as it isn't just trying to make money it is using your head and not over reaching expenses verses income to the point that you no longer can see straight. It is very possible those starting out haven't a clue what a budget is or even how to set it up. Everything is planning so if you don't plan and budget you end up being a dumb a$$ Democrat and of course end up being a do-nothing-er the rest of your sorry a$$ life.
