I believe at this point with what I know (LTD) that the general idea/assumption would be that severe patients are at the center of any ongoing campaign/efforts and the mild/moderate would benefit in other remedial ways.I would also embrace your notion of "last ditch effort to save a life"...my only wish would be to have had this possibility...a number of years back.
