Afternoon Delight, it is on the list of a few questions I have put together.
I believe the shares added to OS week before last were used to take care of some long standing warrants. The few times I have spoken to Gary he has stressed the need for clearing the debt.
Tier up to the QB will be happening in short order. May even be announced on the 29th as far as the CC goes. From QB I think the company will move to NYSE American as the price required is half that of NASDAQ and rules are more flexible for smaller reporting companies.
Revenue for 3rd Quarter will be the tell tale on the growth. I am estimating 1.8m to 2.4m in revenue. If it comes to pass and growth stays at current rate and debt is cleared, then I think we could see a 0.44 to 0.47 PPS by the end of the year.
Regardless, the stock is currently way undervalued in my eyes.
