Well said, Giacomo. Cheering hard for MIL. We haven't been updated on her status in a while, in contrast to the times when NP read her CT/MR reports out loud on some of the paid videos. I hope leronlimab will help with cancer metastasis, but maybe it will help slow the spread rather than helping much with already established mets. I sure hope CTCs at zero really translate to clinical benefit.
A TIA in MIL is reasonable, as are many other things in the differential. We don't know her arterial plaque burden, current tumor burden, and on and on. Anecdote like you said, whether he got it on video or not. What else could it possibly be? Well, lots of things. That's why researchers use statistics and do clinical trials.
