I have been an executive in Silicon Valley for a long time. I’m humored by some going after NP . I remember a CEO here accused of over marketing and a host of personality traits that people thought they guy should be thrown out . He eventually was but when the company continued to lose its vision and direction, they brought him back. This lunatic died a few years ago but the legacy of Apple lives on with Tim Cook who has taken the company to another level. Steve Jobs was rude , sometimes obnoxious, with a large ego . He was also later seen as brilliant and the savior of Apple. There are many stories of CEOs here In The valley of not as famous companies as Apple but they all have he same trait. Arrogant, large egos , but they are risk takers ,and more often than not those risks pay off. Am I saying NP is a Steve Jobs? No because the success isn’t there yet. But the traits are there and I’m willing to ride shotgun with him thru these trials with the potential of a blockbuster drug.
