Thank you for that very measured and appropriate assessment. I cannot believe that any here would not have concerns with behavior that shows lack of judgment. We expect good judgment and appropriate demeanor of the principals at any of the companies in which we have invested.
NB is the CEO, but you and our fellow shareholders own the company.
There is a balance to everything and, with that, a tipping point.
I have not voted my shares yet as I am waiting, expecting that CD12 results will be out. Like the rest, I am ok rewarding results, but not just a good effort.
