The issue with this, is they still have not signed the actual legal contract. If you look at yes from the press release…
“ have signed an addendum binding the terms of the previously signed Memorandum of Understanding for the development and commercialization of the Ii-Key-SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus vaccine.
Under the terms of the Addendum, Bintai and Generex will finalize the legal and contractual documentation for the contract, partnership, and licensing & research agreement, and Bintai will pay Generex an up-front licensing fee of $2.5 million within two weeks. ”
It says they signed an addendum binding the terms of the original memorandum of understanding. It does not say they’ve signed a contract because they going to say they will finalize the legal and contractor all documentation for the contract. So I suppose the 2 1/2 million dollars will not happen until two weeks after the legal and contractor all documentation for the contract have been signed. How long will that take since this took 3 1/2 weeks from the conference call?the
