I don’t follow what you mean. What does NGIO up and running mean to you? The company is a pre-revenue biotech company whose business is research. The research is ongoing and needs funding to be accelerated. S1 approval allows the funding. Supposedly we already have appraisals in place for our companies worth and an IPO ready to go.
