Last year, I don't think the vote was going well before the shareholders meeting. It was closer than ever. NP announced the signing of the mou with 50% rev split for US HIV at that meeting. It was a little early, because it took 2 months to iron out the deal, but I have always suspected he announced it then to push the vote over 50%. It will be interesting to see if NP pulls something like that out this year, because I feel it is probably even tighter this year, even though the sp is 10x higher... which is interesting in of itself.
