Just because the S-1’s are finally in place does not mean that GNBT had a series of announcements ready to go...bing-bing-bing. We still don’t have anything settled on the II-key/peptide investigation. And until there is a final report I doubt there will be word that the preliminary agreements will be finalized. In the meantime I’m sure that GNBT is pursuing the spinout for NGIO and financing for itself. I hint we place too much emphasis on, and read too much into in a literal way, Joe’s stock phrase ‘in the coming days’. Everybody has such phrases. I do as my wife reminds me. They are meant to fill in for ‘I really don’t know when I’ll get to that’ and he would be better off finding some other way to communicate the reality of the situation. It’s sort of fun to play with the phrase until it gets used as evidence of a promise broken. Which says more about the world view of the person communicating that (see! You just can’t trust people!) than it does about Joe’s intended meaning...which is likely to be a reassuring way to say ‘I don’t know’. But it does get old seeing it here over and over as an indictment and a pretext to complain. Just sayin’....
