Why RS?
Just not mislead or over promise under deliver we could likely be over 4, & get listed.
Caring for what’s best for the company helps the company
Therefore the owners too.
Would an RS be that bad?
Yeah we would pull back and could add cheaper if desire but if get listed for sure, a little more respect
A straighter shooting CEO, in a year think where we might be??
Prefer no RS, true but, idk, we are where we are.
Maybe wait for CD12 and see where we are then.
But he could still go
Kelly could provide continuity in interim.
No mistake, I think he is decent basically but has gotten himself in deep and his personal optimism (generally a good thing) has gotten him in bad spiral of expectations
