Yes, I agree and further, leadership temperament has can have a significant on the overall business. I have to wonder how much temperament played into the two lawsuits and how much it is playing into the decision of potential partnerships. I believe who you decide to go into business with is as important as the product/service of the business. I hope Nader is open to coaching on this point.
