This change is the first step of many for our company, as we dedicate all our efforts in the Health and Wellness business space. The company will focus primarily on the CBD, Hemp, and Cannabis marketplace. The company has started the process to file for this name change with FINRA and expects this to happen along with a symbol change as soon as approved.
