As far as the EUA here and with UK submittal is concerned, I believe it’s more of a semantics thing. I believe he “filed “ for it whether verbally, emailed, or by form but was told to go no further. What should have happened RIGHT THEN is a PR to let us know. How many of us have been looking at our phones, constantly distracted waiting and watching for that EUA or approval to come through week in and week out?! Aaah, there’s the rub. We filed? 4 weeks ago and the notice of yesterday’s cc was a week ago. He knew surely then what had happened! To delay us this long is cruel and not acceptable.
