I never really know how to think about these price drops and new lows. Certainly some have old cheapies and dividend shares but I'd be surprised if anyone is truly above their cost basis after the last few days.
I'd like to think those S-1's prompted today's price action so whatever note holders are left get out and they or their accomplices loaded up for what should be happening in the coming days(I am getting to dislike this phrase). One thing I know for sure is what happened today took organizing between multiple parties. That wasn't just retail investors buying 3 million shares today. We need those guys to be done selling but we are getting hurt along the way and I am sure Generex lost loyal investors the last few days. Maybe they will make some losses back from the NGIO dividend shares down the road.
Ultimately the SEC taking so long to approve the registrations damaged us all. How much blame is on the SEC vs GNBT/NGIO? I don't know. I guess it doesn't matter now as the damage is done. What does matter is Generex has the S-1 approved so they have a plan and the funding to move forward.
I am super excited to see what happens, especially with the vaccine(s) and ALUCELL.
