Okay we are all disappointed about the EUAs. But, just think of the results with the phase 3 in moderate with 3-4 weekly injections. They will kill it!
The blood brain barrier: 100% receptor occupancy peripherally and 70-75% in the brain with 700 mg dose.
According to FDA, the approved dose will be 700 mg. “On track for submission. We have all the available data for a successful submission”.
I didn’t think the call was that bad. Just a month till CD12 topline results.
