Nadar has done an Ok job with running the company and he has been well paid for it. Lately however, the PRs are amateurish and he IMO has completely bungled the relationship with the chief scientist who IMO got us to where we are in a lot of respects, Dr. Bruce Patterson. I also believe we need a CEO with more of a background in Pharma going forward. Nadar is a salesman and a engineer . Just asking for 25 million shares shows his complete lack of judgement. I appreciate what they have done, but its time to replace the coach. I am voting NO on everything. I also heard that a block of 250 million shares is also voting no. It takes 51% . This is not personal with Nadar its business.
