This has always been the problem with Joe and anyone feel free to bash away at me.
Joe uses the 'coming days' as a get out of jail free card for him. It's his excuse to be able to push things out however he chooses.
The Malaysia deal is just the latest 'coming days' fiasco. He put it in the PR that it would be signed in the coming days. Coming days is not a month or more. If there are hurdles that you have to go through, just say so up front with government crap, etc.. It's that simple. But to put out there 'coming days', you are implying it will be very soon and you are giving your shareholders and investors FALSE expectations.
This has been and will always be an issue with Joe as it gives Generex the freedom to keep missing timelines and expectations.
