My last reply on this (crowd roars) - one other item that I just recalled as I re-read the proxy statement is that past behavior is usually indicative of future behavior. They had 25mm shares for 8.5 years and still have 800k leftover, doesn't seem like they burned through that in an unreasonable manner... This is a same-size reload and depending where the stock price is when the awards are granted, it could last longer than 8.5 years.
But I'll let those with a much much much longer history with this stock/story expound on whether or not they felt the 24.2mm shares were utilized appropriately.
Yes, bugaboo is def. the "YET", and yes if they don't get approval on anything then a 25mm award coffer is the least of their problems. I don't think any long here would be involved if they had major doubts on the "YET" becoming "FINALLY"
