Hylander,
this is stupid BS, you moron, pffft ... (oh, I am sorry, I just have to remind myself that I should not adopt MMPJOE's posting style. Sorry, just a joke, no insult intended! LOL)
Now to my intended post. Please, don't take it personal, I was just kidding!! (Honestly, I find Joe's posts on Monday embarrassing for him, to say the least!)

I would agree with you, if GNBT/NGIO would have considered these filings important enough to inform shareholders via PR about it, but since they didn't, I do not think that most shareholders are really informed about this important stept forward, that happened on Monday. To be honest, I wouldn't be, if I would not follow this message board regularly, because I would not bother to check Edgar online constantly to see if something is filed. Also, to be honest, I would expect a company to inform shareholders via PR about such important things/filings.
Since this is not done like that, it runs underneath the radar for most shareholders and other potential future investors. And the fact that there has basically not been any PRs released (except for the pointer towards the SA article) for the three weeks since the CC, people continue to lose faith in GNBT, because of additional presented unreliability in regars to promises made during a CC.
As long as that does not change, Joe should really stop holding CCs, because people gain a little optimism back during the CC, only to be disappointed again, because of the lack of follow-ups on the promises made during the CC. This, in the end, hurts GNBT/NGIO more than it might benefits the companies or their share prices.
