I do appreciate some of the comments about why to vote YES. If this was truly about hiring exceptional talent to maximize the company value, then I would be on board, but it takes a real leap of faith starting 60 days ago to get to a 25M share award today, and I'm running low on leaps of faith in CYDY until we get some approvals.
Hoping for good news today, but not expecting. Maybe we can start a straw poll tomorrow and see where the vote is for this group of investors. I do recall a lot of resistance to a compensation measure last year that passed relatively easily, so all our talk may not really matter.
