Anyway, you stated in your post that if a certain event doesn't happen, then you may begin to think negatively about management. So what is wrong with some people having events prior to the one you chose to begin to question management? NOTHING is wrong with it.
Lining their pockets before even really accomplishing anything? Yes, a lot of us have a problem with that and rightfully so.
