I’m struggling to keep track of all the S1s now. If I have it correct there are 6 now. 3 each for GNBT and NGIO.
GNBT:
1,000,000 preferred shares Public offering. $33 per share (39% proceeds held aside to pay divs)
148,639,455 shares including A,B,C,D warrants
23,878,986 shares (Oasis)
NGIO:
1,700,000 shares (I could be wrong but it is possible these shares were NGIO shares transferred in conjunction with convertible debt deal RE purchasing Olaregen) I saw this in one of the GNBT S1s. I don’t know how then end up in Oasis hands.
Unstated number of Preferred shares priced at $25 similar terms as the GNBTP shares.
Unpriced, unstated number of shares with 1:1 warrants.
Am I missing any?
Can anyone for certain tell me which 2 received form EFFECT today?
If my math is correct, fully diluted with all warrants exercised there will be about 250,000,000 shares of GNBT out. Plus 1,000,000 preferred shares.
If I am mistaken on any of this please correct me. I am just a dumb individual investor who uses a discount broker.
