It was just people or firms trying to move the price and create speculation on the boards. 1,000,000 shares is $100 at .0001. It isn't that much to have some certain people claim that a "new deal" is done or whatever they can claim to say that "news" is coming soon. Same tricks, different day. Nothing solid for evidence with ONCI. Ever. Just another tweet.
