I think the confusion is that Oasis is providing funding for both GNBT and NGIO. So NGIO may have put, or will be putting, 1,700,000 shares of NGIO to Oasis and will be up to $4/share on a listing and those shares will be registered for Oasis to sell at will. So this may just be clerical to have the shares registered for sale upon nasdaq listing.
