I could be wrong, but these are two different buckets.
The 100m is public and can be used in the open market to raise funds if and when needed.
The 25m is specifically for executive compensation. Could be for Nader or Kelly. But since the existing plan is from 2012, I think it’s for a lot generally, including drawing future talent to our company.
