The only way we can “get our money back”, imho:
1. Cancel the Reg-A offering, on an immediate basis.
2. Find an investor who will put up 1 or 2 million to launch the SaveVChat, in exchange for repayment if it is successful.
3. Cut salaries of the 3 principals in half, immediately, and defer them until such time as revenues justify them.
4. Freeze any further dilution.
5. Cancel the contract wherein CSI or ACS one day pays $10 million.
6. Find a buyer for the company who will pay off the $15 million debt, and pay $50-60 million for the IP, which if OS stays below 30 million, would at least be $1.75-$2 per share.
Not everyone would recover all their losses, but it would go a long way towards making long-term investors here “whole”.
