I suspect that if you were entertaining buyout offers (which they should do), that they would continue to develop the advisory board, as well as any and all other activities as if there was no offer.
An offer is just an offer. Until its voted on, work has to continue.
I'm not saying that I think a buyout is in the works, because I don't. Just pointing out that I dont think we can infer that one is or isnt in discussions.
