A lot of the less experienced investors here and the more obnoxious ones (not always the same thing) really don't understand how UNBELIEVABLY FORTUNATE shareholders are to have a mechanical engineer for a CEO, vs, let's say a Wharton Grad with friends at vulture funds that serially dilute and rob shareholders of value, like many struggling listed companies. There would already have been a RS, dilution, and possibly even utilized the IP as collateral on debt.
We have a guy who not only says he's anti-dilution, he has the track record that proves it. It's rare, and the value of that is constantly overlooked by the whiners on these boards.
