The only problem with your logic is that there will be a lot more GNBT shares out by the time that happens than the 80-90 million there currently are.
About 29 million additional shares were in there two EFFECTive S-1's from yesterday - not including parts B, C, and D of that 8-K (Aug 7th) financing deal.
