Joseph J. Spiegel's fatal flaw is his arrogance. He's just not as smart as he thinks he is, judging from the conceited, derisive tone of his drekful 'reporting'.
Joseph's pomposity is why he couldn't hack it with the hedge funds and had to resort to securities fraud and authoring anonymous, fabricated hit pieces to make a career. He's too dimwitted to conduct effective research that would compete with the big boys, so he relies on personal, defamatory attacks to create fear, uncertainty, and doubt about a company, its stock, and its people. The sole purpose to his reporting is market manipulation. Remind anybody of Adam Feuerstein?
Unsurprisingly, Joseph has no qualms going after anybody associated with CytoDyn, including external parties. At the direction of Adam, of course.
Joseph has an army of sycophants on Twitter who carry out attacks on his behalf on an hourly basis, going after the likes of Dr. BP, Dr. Yo, Dr. Drew, Samantha Mottet, Dr. Jay, Dr. Sacha, Shareholders who support CYDY, Tom Landstreet, Doctors running the trials, etc, etc, etc.
I don't know if the board realizes how bad it's gotten on Twitter. This goes beyond typical short and distort. The other day, "Tom the Charlatan", a fake Tom Landstreet account, tweeted that NP and Dr. Jay should get their "Persian noses fixed" with all the money they stole from shareholders. This is sheer ugliness people.
