In defense of Joe, relisten to minutes 1:27 to approximately 1:30. It is consistent to what he’s saying now, as much as he could publicly reveal then, and we see in the Edgar filings today. In the call he continuously says he can’t control SEC comments, which need to be responded to, as out of his control otherwise the company itself is ready to go.
