So let me say my farewell post, and let’s write this down, let’s try to remember this because I’m sure tomorrow there will be plenty of the posts joe didn’t say this or that, or joe didn’t execute this or that or joe didn’t realize the sec posted something they said they wouldn’t, but did but somehow I’m negligent, pffft
One more time, there is no money, there is no execution because of no money, because in a almost 1 year review there will never be any way to raise money if no s1’s are approved, except convertible notes no way no how ain’t happening, disclosure won’t allow it and sec won’t allow it to happen (effective), so then there is only one way that is convertibles and those guys are not investors they are blood suckers, so with no choice because it costs millions to go through a review you have no choice because you must stay current, then your stock price errors during the time and then you get shit deals, like the deal we just did and all you bitched about, and that was lucky to get done because of the circumstances, so in this case not one of you had any facts, not one had any real anything that minutely came to even a sliver of truth, just bash bash bash away! Moral of the story without s1’s approved because deep sec dives you get put in the position we are in. Now we can finally execute, not from where we were but where we are now, it’s called reality!
