As a matter what fact your suggestion of $80 per share times 700 million is 56 billion shares because you would need to include warrant plus your want 1 share of the acquiring company’s share meaning the acquirer would be diluted another 700 million shares - if the acquiring company stock price is at say $60 (like gilead) that is another 42 billion so let’s call it 100 billion or about $142 a share (actually 35x our share price)
That is so ridiculous - the acquirer needs a return on their money and need I remind you we have no sales and no approvals yet.
They could buy shares in the open market at $4.
If you pm me, I will gladly transfer as many shares to you for $142 each
How many would you like?
Ridiculous suggestion with today’s facts.
