Just remember one thing, if any of you have ever had a irs audit a SEC audit is about 1 million times evasive and deep, so imagine if never had one, you don’t know when it will end, what did I lie about, what will they catch me on, and will I get my refund this year while it’s ongoing, hahaha no you will not get zero until over, now the same for a public company cause life is cyclical, no refund while audit, personally, pub company, audit, no refund, no S1, no corporate actions, no money no execution no nothing, but let’s call moscato every name in the book, hahaha, I wish every bad mouthing person gets a audit and the irs goes so far it makes them stand on their head, and then their families have to loose so they know what Gnbt people have had to endure the last year, management loosing homes, foreclosure, loosing kids to the state, credit ruined, disgusting, reality is reality and everyone is a human being, and for sure some of you have been less then fair! And that’s probably because you listen to licensed idiots, and not to experts.
