Thank you and that’s very fair, so let me give some education now that I can,
When a company filed a S1 it takes 30 days to approve, on the 31st day or within a week the company picks the effective date then the sec makes that day effective.
If
Comments then the company has 30 days to respond, and back forth back forth until cleared, if after let’s say 40 days and still not effective you are in comments and even the lowest of the low registered person would know your in comments, it’s not the companies fault it’s not the sec fault because they are doing their job to protect you, it’s just that time for a deep dive, not that the management is any less then another, crooks criminals or angels it’s their job, period, it’s unfortunate and in our case being so executable, giving dividends the way we did, no one does, buying so much, executing unlike no one the sec says let’s check this out and now justifiably so, but in the end cleared, s1’s approved, timing off, one year delay, but he’ll we are done with it, but some of the comments on this board were not only stupid, not well informed and what I classify that in being using discount brokers, get a real broker, get a real licensed person who can advise because of your stalled and an S1 isn’t effective in 40 days there is a reason, not make believe land on a management team who has given years without pay or stock for the cause, knowledge and understanding would have been much more better for all concerned, let’s talk next conference call, and for sure do not listen to anyone on any chatt board even the people pretending to be knowledgeable because at the end of the day not one hallucination is even true at the end of the day, this is money, this is your investment, this is your families lives, so please do not listen to moron bashers because I befriended them on FB, FB is for friends and family not bashers and not for business at least not my business, and friends don’t bash friends, I have many Gnbt old and new investors and none I have ever seen bash me or my company, so why would I keep them on FB where my mom is who is 85 years old, and your would do the same, cordial, honest debate is always welcome, honestly, friendship always honored, skullbaggery and scumbaggery I have no interest in, remember this all falls down today I loose everything and so do my people.
